- All sites include a generous concrete patio.
- Pop-up campers and tent camping not allowed.
- Standard sites have parking for at least one vehicle. Large, XL and Pull-through sites have parking for one vehicle and one compact vehicle (or golf cart, boat, etc.)

- For guest wanting to stay over 3 months…
- RV/trailer/motor coach must be less than 10 years old.
- Must remain road worthy.
- Window units are not allowed.
- No large dogs allowed.
